Wasted Money

"It had been an extensive period of time since I last purchased Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment. When I last purchased this product, it bore that beautiful dark color and that great aroma that immediately let you know that you were getting a product that was special.
This product that I recently received DID NONE OF THAT. I am sure that I could find something comparable from the corner drug store. I will not purchase this product again and I definitely would not recommend its' use!"

"Well to start, I have naturally very fine, thin, frizzy, oily hair with brittle ends so I was a little hesitant to try this product thinking it would leave my hair greasy, coated and heavy after I washed it out. I used as directed but left it in for about an hour, warming my hair with a hair dryer twice during the treatment. I rinsed well with warm water and washed once with the restorative shampoo and followed with the restorative conditioner. I must say it was unlike anything I have ever used (and I am a hair product junkie). The results were incredible! My hair was super soft and silky, with loads of volume and shine and even had rejuvenated curl! Not greasy or heavy- it was completely natural-looking. The test was time though and I went all the way to my next washing with my hair looking healthy and fresh! No oily/greasy scalp and frizzy ends the next day as I always suffer under regular conditions! This is by far my favorite product by Ojon and I am looking forward to my next treatment!"

"It's great for my hair. I don't have damaged hair - I have short hair and it's always been nice and smooth but this product has taken it to a whole new level. My hair is softer than ever and it feels silky. I had not idea that a product listed as being good for "damaged hair" could be so awesome on regular hair. I love it."

"This product makes my hair a little greasy but after a couple of washes It's back to normal. I have noticed my hair is much shinier. The dry parts still seem a little dry after I style. My husband on the other had has noticed a huge difference and he has thinner frizzy hair and it has smoothed and defrizzed his hair. I was expecting a huge difference for my dry thick curly hair."

"I love this product! My hair was a mess, frizzy, dry, breaking, until I ordered my first Damage Reverse jar. I use it after I wash my hair and daily before my next hair wash. It's been three months since my first try and now my hair is soft, shiny, and most definitely manageable - I like the softer scent too. In fact, I get compliments from my workers all the time. Excellent product, I recommend this to anyone who has troublesome, frizzy hair - you'll see the difference."

"I have loved Ojon since I first learned about it. I have thick, long naturally curly hair which has a tendency to be frizzy on certain days. I use a little of this product in the morning and my hair looks pretty and soft all day long. When I use a straight iron to make larger curls, they look so soft and I always get compliments. Once someone asked me if my hair was a wig and I laughed and replied no this is my natural hair. They too complimented me and I told them about Ojon. I would definitely recommend this product and do be patient with the results. Consistency is the key and don't mix anything else into your hair routine. Eventually, Ojon's unique properties will bring the softness and strength back to your hair and you will be pleased with the results. I have!! :)"

"I purchased my first jar of Ojon approximately 4 years ago and promptly bought 2 of the 16oz size. To say I was happy with the results would be an understatement. My hair blossomed into it's former beautiful state. Fast forward to the present where I find myself out and in a pinch I go to a local retailer and purchase a small jar to hold me until I purchase more of the larger version later. That never happened. The product is now a mere shadow of it's former self. This reincarnation is Ojon's play on the "New Coke". I knew I was in trouble when even the smell was different. I've tried but to no avail to get my hands on the original recipe. This also goes for the hydrating shampoo and conditioner which I had 2 of the 32 oz size bottles. At this point, I'm desperate enough to stand on the street corner with a sign and a cup, "Dry hair, need original Ojon - God Bless you""

"I've only used this product once when I first got it and it felt ok. The reason behind that is because I'm always traveling and don't have time to use it. Its not very convient for me with my busy schedule but I purchased the damaged/dry shampoo/conditioner and it has really changed my hair. I work out in the sun sometimes for 12 hours in the summer. I have really long hair so it was becoming brittle and when I would sit back on it, it felt like little needles going into my back. Plus when i would brush it out it sounded like my hair ripping. So with that I knew I had to do something. I've tried all the salon stuff which seemed to dry my hair out more so being frustrated I decided to give Ojon a try. I am not dissappointed."

"I have fine, dry, overprocessed hair and frizzy split ends. I apply this product all over my hair concentrating on the ends, brush with wide tooth comb, wrap my hair in plastic wrap, then shower cap and warm scarf and leave it overnight. After I wash my hair in the morning, my hair is smooth, soft and silky. Love this product, never tried the previous "original" version, but very satisfied with this one."

"I have used so many products and this is the best and i will always use this. Im mixed with black and white so my hair is corse long and that is always frizzy and dry and almost never soft. It always very poffy and using this made my hair very soft and even straightened it somewhat without using a hot comb or flat iron. My hair has also gotten longer when before using this product it stopped growing and was stuck at shoulder length. I'm so glad I found this product it has helped so much."

"I have very baby fine hair about shoulder length and very thin to say the least. I was a blonde at birth and after hitting 30 it started to darken. I have permed and dyed and blow dried and straightened my hair over the years, however my hair has always been "messy". I would wake up even as a child with true "bed head". My hair would be so fuzzy, and frizzy that it looked awful and very unhealthy. I have tried so many things even this Ojon restorative product hoping for great results but all I got was more disappointment. My hair is still frizzy no matter how often I use it and how long I leave it on. Nothing works for everyone sadly, and I guess this one doesn't work for me. At least some can benefit from it."

"I have been using the restorative treatment for the past 4 years since I found it on QVC and I loved it. I have just purchased the restorative treatment plus and while I think that it works as well as the original. I miss the nutty, cocoa butter smell of the original. Women of color these products work great on chemically-straighten hair!!! Great products all around and I would know because I have purchased quite a few and have recommended all of them. Great company with great products!!!!!"

"This is another product that should be left alone. The original was great, the new product is very average, almost not worth the effort. I wish OJON would leave well enough alone. Who knows, maybe they are looking at what is profitable, not what is good for the customer"
